Gas Station Shooting Suspect Denied Bond
Darius Morris Jailed in 2020 Murder Case
Darius Morris, who was out on bond in a 2020 murder case, has been denied bond in connection with a shooting that injured three people at a DeKalb County gas station on Tuesday night.
Morris Implicated in Candler Road Gas Station Incident
Morris, 34, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with three counts of aggravated assault and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He is being held without bond until a hearing set for early May.
According to court records, investigators say Morris shot and killed his child's mother back in 2020. He was arrested in that case and released on bond.
